Dolores Medina is a licensed Real Estate Broker based in Charlotte, North Carolina, affiliated with Lifestyle International Realty Carolina. As a NAR Global Member and Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), she provides personalized real estate guidance to clients across the U.S. and the Dominican Republic — specializing in tourism, retirement, and international investment markets.

Born and raised in San José de Ocoa, Dolores attended college in Santo Domingo and launched her professional career in the Dominican Republic’s hospitality and tourism industry. She worked at major resorts in Puerto Plata, eventually becoming Purchasing Manager for a hotel chain in Cabarete with affiliated operations in Punta Cana. This experience gave her deep insight into the connection between tourism and real estate development — a perspective she now applies to help clients invest wisely across borders.

After relocating to New York, Dolores transitioned into the automotive industry, where she excelled as a Certified New Car Saleswoman for 12 years across New York and New Jersey. During this time, she began working part-time in real estate — a passion that ultimately led her to become a full-time Real Estate Broker in North Carolina.
